Processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location, but most customers receive their order within:

7–12 days

International shipping can sometimes take a little longer due to customs or local delivery services.

Tracking your order

  • Tracking is provided for every order once it ships
  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch
  • It’s normal for tracking to pause temporarily while your package moves between facilities or countries

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, don’t worry - this usually resolves on its own.

If something goes wrong

If your order is delayed, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, we’ve got you covered.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Send clear photos or a short video if something arrived damaged or incorrect

In most cases, we’ll resolve the issue quickly without requiring a return.

If an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we’ll work with our shipping partners to make it right.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Please check with neighbours, household members, or your local delivery service first
  • If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll help investigate
